  毅力毅力就是说不能三天打鱼两天晒网。这是考研学习的大忌。我们今天学到的新东西,都是贮藏在我们大脑的临时记忆里。临时记忆的东西有的只能保留几秒种,最长的难以超过三天。假如你对贮存在临时记忆里的东西不进行再利用(recycling),把它们从临时记忆贮存到长期记忆中,大脑就会把它们自动清除掉(因为大脑要保护它自己,不能把所有的临时信息都存着)。所以,一定要有反复学习的毅力。这里说的反复学,不是说去机械的重复原来学的东西,而是创造性的使用学过的东西。考试就是要把我们所学的原理运用到具体的做题当中。

  自我管理考研的大军中有应届生、往届生,还有许多人是在职考研,大家有学习上的责任,有工作上的压力,有家庭上的责任和期望,有亲朋好友的人际关系上的责任等等。这些责任如果处理不好,都将跟你们的学习发生冲突。所以,这样看来自我管理的能力显得特别重要。大家一定要合理处理个中关系,争取将自我管理到最佳状态,这样才能辅助你考研复习的顺利进行。

  自我约束的能力考研过程枯燥、单调,每天就是对着那几本书、那几本资料和那几张一同考研的面孔和申请,难免你会厌倦、感觉疲惫,外面诱惑种种,可一定要有自我约束的能力。不然,一切努力很有可能瞬间化作白费。
