Qualifications:

Prospective candidates will be interviewed on company premises, and are expected to meet or exceed the qualifications listed below.

•        Postgraduates and PhDs currently enrolled at top-tier universities in Beijing, who will graduate in 2011/2012 and have demonstrated outstanding academic performance.
•        To be considered, the candidate must have advanced education in computer science , electrical engineering and other relevant majors.
•        Proficiency in C++ and/or C# required.
•        Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server (or other major relational database) required.
•        Knowledge of financial market data/tools would be a plus.
•        Must be a self-starter and a quick learner.
•        Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
•        Must have outstanding analytic and communication skills (including proficiency in English).
•        Must have positive outlook and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
