The School of Engineering at The Catholic University of America has two fully sponsored Ph.D. graduate research assistant positions (GRA) available (full tuition plus stipend). Applicants need to hold a Master’s degree or will be able to obtain a Master’s degree before August 2010. English proficiency requirements include skills of fluent daily oral communication, technical reading and writing. One GRA position is in the areas of dynamic image sensing, transmission, and processing and pattern recognition. Another GRA position is in the areas of instrumentation and system integration of wireless sensor network, and signal processing.
