　　Directions: Translate the following passage into Chinese and put your translation on the ANSWER SHEET

　　One of the really nice features about e-mails is that they allow us to send files as attachments to other users. This is a very good thing. If I'm working with a colleague and want to send him an image file or a word file, I can do so very quickly and easily, without having to fax it to him. This saves on long distance bills and printing costs. It also, however, presents a problem, because attachments can take a long time to download. For those of us who pay by the hour for Internet service, unwanted attachments can be quite costly and time-consuming. I once had someone send me fifteen large image files, and it tied up my computer for 20 minutes just to download one of them. So, in short, if you're going to send an attachment, get permission first.

　　MPA的复试阶段一般分为两部分，即面试与政治理论笔试。

　　首先是面试，主要考察考生对管理学基础知识的掌握情况，考察方法以考生抽签的形式出现，题目一般为1道题或者2道题，现场口头作答，时间一般为3——5分钟。

　　[经验之谈]：不要以为这是面临人生转折的一场非常重要的求职面试。一定要放松，考官也不过是几个毛头小伙子而已，说不定是学院的留校学生。整个面试氛围很轻松、融洽。因为大家都有工作，没有人会在面试提前看看管理学书籍，基本上都扔了!所以，放松心态最重要，题目一旦不了解，或者干脆不知所云，那就结合本职工作，往宏观方面使劲白话，记住!千万不要冷场，乱说也比不说强，哈哈，实在不行了，就跟考官唠家常，会有意想不到的收获

　　然后是笔试，内容是政治理论与实事政治，主要考察考生对马克思列宁主义毛泽东思想邓小平理论三个代表……等理论的掌握情况和对近期国内外实事的了解情况，我们07年复试的时候，刚好赶上举国上下学习十七大，所以考题基本都是关于十七大的，考察方式以主观题出现，闭卷，有监考老师的那种……不过，基本可以忽略他们的存在，人家一直在唠阿唠阿，没完没了的唠阿……反正也是宏观题，没啥答案可以借鉴。考场下发一张考题纸，上面有若干考题，我们考试的时候好像是5道题，还有N张恐怖的大白纸，用来答题的。时间一般是2个小时吧，基本都能编完。

　　[经验之谈]：虽然考场弄的很正式，但是大家千万不要紧张，基本可以忽略监考小老师的存在，当然了，也没啥可抄的! 大家在答题的时候不要被那N张空白答题纸吓晕了，能写多少就写多少，但是推荐大家尽量把字写工整、字体稍大，别把题都写完了，才发现只用了一张纸……然后内容嘛，呵呵，随便写，别写反动了就行，可以结合本职工作，可以融入当前的焦点话题，总之，尽量多写吧，要将判卷老师搞迷惑，就哦了。

　　PS：我发现最后公布复试成绩的的时候，大家的分数都差不多，写的不好的，也给个及格，60分，被淘汰的?估计是考试那天没来吧。
