  1.I love shopping so I pay attention to fashion magazines.
  And not long ago, I saw a piece of advertisement for the fashion brand Benetton.
  I was instantly moved by the positive meaning/ message it sends.
  2. In the picture, five young people are posing confidently and attractively in very colorful clothes. The bright colors are very eye-catching. And if you look closer, you will find there're men and women, black and white. I don't know why, it looks so harmonious. 和谐
  3. It was a cloudy afternoon, when I was taking the subway back to my college. I wasn't in a very good mood. Maybe it was the weather.
  4. But when I saw the advertisement, my feeling was suddenly changed. On the surface, the ad is selling the new clothes, but the deeper meaning is to promote the peace and harmony among people of different sexes and skin colors.
  5. I love this advertisement, because not like the other advertisements, which usually do one thing only—persuade you to buy things, this one tries to communicate a world belief that is much bigger than making business profits. I see peace, harmony and love in it. That's why I like it. (200 words)

And a good ad, such as the one for Benetton can enlighten people and make people think. When an ad can do these things, it's no longer just an ad.
